Matcha Smoothie Bowl
A delicious, refreshing, and colorful matcha smoothie bowl topped with an abundance of fruit, granola, and chia seeds!
For the Matcha Smoothie Bowl
- 1 Frozen Chopped Banana
- 1 cup Frozen Mango Chunks
- 1 cup Baby Spinach
- 1/2 cup Plant Based Milk
- 1 tsp Matcha Powder
Toppings:
- As Needed Fruits of your choice (I used blueberries, strawberries, bananas, and mangoes)
- As Needed Granola (I used a coconut almond granola)
- As Needed Seeds (I used Chia Seeds)
- As Needed Sweetener of your choice (ie: agave, honey, etc.)
Add all of the ingredients for the smoothie bowl into a blender. Turn the blender on and blend everything together on high speed until smooth. It should have a thick consistency.
Pour the blended smoothie into a bowl and top it with your favorite fruits, nuts, granola, seeds, etc. Drizzle a bit of your sweetener on top and enjoy!
