Matcha Smoothie Bowl

A delicious, refreshing, and colorful matcha smoothie bowl topped with an abundance of fruit, granola, and chia seeds!

Ingredients

For the Matcha Smoothie Bowl

  • 1 Frozen Chopped Banana
  • 1 cup Frozen Mango Chunks
  • 1 cup Baby Spinach
  • 1/2 cup Plant Based Milk
  • 1 tsp Matcha Powder

Toppings:

  • As Needed Fruits of your choice (I used blueberries, strawberries, bananas, and mangoes)
  • As Needed Granola (I used a coconut almond granola)
  • As Needed Seeds (I used Chia Seeds)
  • As Needed Sweetener of your choice (ie: agave, honey, etc.)

Instructions

  • Add all of the ingredients for the smoothie bowl into a blender. Turn the blender on and blend everything together on high speed until smooth. It should have a thick consistency.
  • Pour the blended smoothie into a bowl and top it with your favorite fruits, nuts, granola, seeds, etc. Drizzle a bit of your sweetener on top and enjoy!
