Chocolate Banana Blender Pancakes (Gluten-free)
Delicious and easy chocolate banana pancakes you can whip up in a blender!
- 1 cup Rolled Oats
- 3 tbsp Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/2 cup Almond Milk
- 2 Large Eggs
- 1 Very Ripe Banana
- 1/4 cup Honey
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Add all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
Heat a pan over medium heat and spray it with non-stick spray. Pour the the batter into the pan, each pancake using about 3-4 tbsp of batter. When bubbles begin forming on the surface of the pancake, flip it onto the other side to finish cooking.
Once the pancakes have fully cooked, remove them from the pan. Be sure to re-grease your pan and lower the heat when necessary. After all the pancakes are done, top it with fresh fruit and syrup. Enjoy!
