Crab Rolls

Toasted buns filled with a creamy and fresh crab salad

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. Jumbo Lump Crab Meat (drained)
  • 2 tbsp Finely Chopped Shallots
  • 1 tbsp Chopped Chives
  • 1 tbsp Chopped Dill
  • 3 tbsp Mayo
  • ½ tbsp Lemon Juice
  • ½ tsp Dijon Mustard
  • ½ tsp Hot Sauce
  • ½ tsp Old Bay Seasoning
  • Salt and Pepper (to taste)
  • 1 tbsp Unsalted Butter
  • 4 Brioche Hot Dog Buns

Instructions

  • Add the crab meat into a large bowl along with the shallots, chives, dill, mayo, lemon juice, dijon mustard, hot sauce, and old bay seasoning. Gently mix everything together until combined. Taste for seasoning and add salt and pepper if needed. Set aside.
  • Heat a pan over medium heat. Add in the unsalted butter and allow it to melt. Partially split the buns open and add them cut side down into the pan. Toast for 1-2 minutes until warmed through and golden brown on top.
  • Fill the buns with the crab salad and enjoy!
