Curried Chicken Salad

Diced chicken mixed with dried cranberries, walnuts, and curry powder!

Ingredients

  • 4 cups Diced Cooked Chicken
  • 1 cup Diced Red Onion
  • 1/2 cup Sliced Green Onions
  • 3/4 cup Chopped Walnuts
  • 3/4 cup Dried Cranberries
  • 3/4 cup Mayo
  • 1/2 tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1/2 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Curry Powder
  • 1 tsp Kosher Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder

Instructions

  • Add all of the ingredients into a large bowl and mix until combined! Enjoy!
