Ingredients

For the Chicken Thighs:

  • 2 lbs. Bone In Skin On Chicken Thighs (about 4 large thighs)
  • 1 ½ Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 4 tsp Ranch Seasoning Mix
  • 1 tsp Kosher Salt
  • 1 tsp Ground Black Pepper

For the Garlic Parmesan Butter:

  • 6 Tbsp Unsalted Butter (melted)
  • ¼ cup Grated Parmesan
  • ¼ cup Chopped Parsley
  • 1 tsp Hot Sauce
  • 5 Garlic Cloves (grated)
  • 1 tsp Ranch Seasoning Mix

For Serving:

  • Ranch Sauce

Instructions

For the Chicken Thighs:

  • Preheat the oven to 425℉. Pat the chicken thighs dry and trim any excess skin or fat. Place them onto a baking sheet lined with foil. Drizzle the olive oil over the chicken thighs and rub it all over until well coated. Season each side of the chicken thighs with the ranch seasoning, kosher salt, and ground black pepper.
  • Cook the chicken thighs in the oven for 40 minutes.

For the Garlic Parmesan Butter:

  • In a bowl, combine all of the ingredients. Brush half of the garlic parmesan butter onto all sides of the chicken thighs. Bake the chicken for another 10-15 minutes until golden and crispy. If your chicken thighs are smaller, it may only take about 8-10 minutes.
  • If desired, broil the chicken thighs for another 3-5 minutes to make the skin extra crispy. Brush the remaining garlic parmesan butter on top. Serve with ranch sauce and enjoy!
