Ingredients
For the Chicken Thighs:
2lbs.Bone In Skin On Chicken Thighs(about 4 large thighs)
1 ½TbspOlive Oil
4tspRanch Seasoning Mix
1tspKosher Salt
1tspGround Black Pepper
For the Garlic Parmesan Butter:
6TbspUnsalted Butter(melted)
¼cupGrated Parmesan
¼cupChopped Parsley
1tspHot Sauce
5Garlic Cloves(grated)
1tspRanch Seasoning Mix

Instructions
For the Chicken Thighs:
Preheat the oven to 425℉. Pat the chicken thighs dry and trim any excess skin or fat. Place them onto a baking sheet lined with foil. Drizzle the olive oil over the chicken thighs and rub it all over until well coated. Season each side of the chicken thighs with the ranch seasoning, kosher salt, and ground black pepper.
Cook the chicken thighs in the oven for 40 minutes.
For the Garlic Parmesan Butter:
In a bowl, combine all of the ingredients. Brush half of the garlic parmesan butter onto all sides of the chicken thighs. Bake the chicken for another 10-15 minutes until golden and crispy. If your chicken thighs are smaller, it may only take about 8-10 minutes.
If desired, broil the chicken thighs for another 3-5 minutes to make the skin extra crispy. Brush the remaining garlic parmesan butter on top. Serve with ranch sauce and enjoy!
