Add 1 cup of the water and the sugar into a sauce pot. Heat it over medium heat until the sugar dissolves, about 5 minutes. Remove it from the heat and set it aside to cool.
In the meantime, pour another 1 cup of the water into a jar. Sift in the matcha powder to remove any clumps. Twist on the lid and shake until the matcha is well combined in the water. Set aside.
Slice the passion fruits in half. Scoop out the pulp and seeds into a food processor. Blend for a few seconds until the pulp has combined and the seeds have separated. You should get about ¼ cup of passion fruit juice. Pour the remaining 1 cup of water, lemon juice, and passion fruit juice into the sugar water mixture. Mix until well combined.
Fill a few glasses with ice. Pour in the passion fruit lemonade mix ⅔ of the way up. Shake the jar of matcha again. Gently pour it over the ice to fill up the remaining ⅓ of the glass. If you want to spike the drink, add in a shot of your favorite vodka to each drink! Mix the matcha and passion fruit lemonade together before drinking and enjoy!
