A fresh and easy peach and heirloom tomato salad with red onion, mozzarella, basil, mint, and a peach honey vinaigrette!

Ingredients
For the Peach Honey Vinaigrette:
½cupOlive Oil
3tbspFresh Press Farms' Peach Cider Vinegar(you can also use lemon juice or apple cider vinegar)
1½tbspHoney
Pinch of Salt and Pepper
For the Peach Tomato Salad:
4Peaches(cut into wedges)
2Large Heirloom Tomatoes(cut into wedges)
⅔cupThinly Sliced Red Onion
8ozCiliegine Mozzarella(drained and halved)
¼cupTorn Fresh Basil Leaves
2tbspTorn Fresh Mint Leaves
Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
For the Peach Honey Vinaigrette:
Add all of the ingredients into a bowl and whisk it together until well combined.
For the Peach Tomato Salad:
Add the peaches, tomatoes, red onion, ciliegine, basil, and mint into a large bowl. Pour in the vinaigrette and toss everything together until well coated. Season with salt and black pepper. Enjoy!
