1pint Brown Figs(about 5-6 figs)
1½tbspMaple Syrup
¼tspKosher Salt
⅛tspCinnamon
1cupUnsalted Butter(at room temperature)
¾tspFlaky Salt
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400℉. Tear apart each fig into smaller chunks. Add them into a bowl along with the maple syrup, kosher salt, and cinnamon. Toss everything together until combined then transfer the figs and any syrup into a baking dish. Bake for 20 minutes until the figs are caramelized. Set them aside to cool to room temperature.
Add the unsalted butter into a bowl. Use a rubber spatula to give it a mix until the butter is creamy and fluffy. Fold in the figs with any syrup that was released and the flaky salt. Enjoy!
