Ingredients

  • 1 pint Brown Figs (about 5-6 figs)
  • tbsp Maple Syrup
  • ¼ tsp Kosher Salt
  • tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 cup Unsalted Butter (at room temperature)
  • ¾ tsp Flaky Salt

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400℉. Tear apart each fig into smaller chunks. Add them into a bowl along with the maple syrup, kosher salt, and cinnamon. Toss everything together until combined then transfer the figs and any syrup into a baking dish. Bake for 20 minutes until the figs are caramelized. Set them aside to cool to room temperature.
  • Add the unsalted butter into a bowl. Use a rubber spatula to give it a mix until the butter is creamy and fluffy. Fold in the figs with any syrup that was released and the flaky salt. Enjoy!
